Things people ask before getting started.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
Clarity is one-time with no ongoing commitment. Build requires a 3-month minimum so we can implement and prove results properly. Scale is a rolling monthly contract — cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do I need ManyChat already set up?
No. We handle the full ManyChat setup, AI configuration, and integration as part of the Build and Scale tiers. You just need a Meta Business account and we take it from there.
What platforms do you automate on?
We primarily work across Instagram, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp for DM automation, with email and SMS sequences for follow-up. Scale also covers multi-channel custom builds.
How quickly will I see results?
Most clients see faster lead response times and improved conversion rates within the first two weeks of going live. We track and report on this from day one.
Can I upgrade between tiers?
Yes — most clients start with Clarity, then move to Build once they have a clear roadmap. Upgrading mid-month is straightforward and we credit any overlap.
What does the onboarding process look like?
After payment, you will receive an onboarding form and we schedule a kickoff call within 48 hours. Most automations are live within 10–14 business days from kickoff.
Are there any tool costs on top of this?
ManyChat Pro costs around £15/month and is the only consistent third-party cost. We will outline the full tool stack during onboarding — no hidden markups.
Is this only for marketing businesses?
No. We work with fitness coaches, e-commerce brands, service businesses, agencies, and more. If your business gets enquiries and has leads to follow up, we can build a system that works.
